Terms of Use
Kestrel Labs · Kestrel Cloud and the Kestrel Labs applications
Version 2.0 · Effective 21 October 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and the Provider. They include limitations of the Provider's liability (Section 18), your obligation to compensate the Provider in certain cases (Section 19), the Provider's rights to remove content and close accounts (Sections 12 and 16), and the rule that the Services are an Estonian service to which only Estonian law and courts apply (Sections 3 and 24). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
1. Definitions and interpretation
1.1 In these Terms:
- "Provider", "we", "us" and "our" mean Eike Meeksa, a natural person resident in Estonia, operating the non-commercial project known as Kestrel Labs, and any successor under Section 25.4;
- "Services" means Kestrel Cloud, the applications Magpie Photos, Nest Drive, Quill (Docs, Sheets and Slides), Owl Calendar, Heron Video and Lyrebird Music, the Kestrel Labs website, Kestrel Admin and Kestrel Moderation, and all related software, features and content provided by us;
- "Kestrel Cloud" means the server operated by us on which the Services store data;
- "Member", "you" and "your" mean the person who creates or uses an account, or otherwise uses the Services;
- "Account" means your Kestrel account;
- "Content" means any file, text, image, audio, video, metadata or other material that you upload, create, store, import, publish, share or otherwise make available through the Services;
- "Public Content" means Content that is visible to other Members, including public and unlisted Heron videos and approved public Lyrebird songs;
- "Moderator" means a Member appointed by an Admin to review imports, public songs and reports, and "Admin" means a Member with administrative rights over Kestrel Cloud;
- "Privacy Policy" means the Kestrel Labs Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time;
- "Applicable Law" means the laws that apply to these Terms and to the Services under Section 24, including mandatory laws that cannot be excluded by agreement;
- "including" means including without limitation.
1.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
1.3 If any part of these Terms is inconsistent with the Privacy Policy as regards the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
2.1 By creating an Account, by ticking the box confirming your acceptance, or by using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not create an Account or use the Services.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and statements, whether written or oral, except where Applicable Law provides otherwise.
2.3 A record of the version of these Terms you accepted and the time of acceptance is kept with your Account.
3. Territorial scope: an Estonian service under Estonian law
3.1 An Estonian service. The Services are operated from the Republic of Estonia by a Provider resident in Estonia, are hosted in Estonia, and are intended for and directed to persons in Estonia. The Provider does not market, advertise or direct the Services to any other country, does not offer them in any other country's currency or on terms specific to any other country, and accounts are created only by personal invitation.
3.2 Use from other countries. If you use the Services from outside Estonia, or if you live outside Estonia, you do so on your own initiative. You acknowledge that the Provider has not pursued or directed any commercial or professional activity to your country, and that the Services are provided to you as an Estonian service, from Estonia, under Estonian law.
3.3 Estonian law only. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law:
- (a) these Terms, the Services and all relationships between you and the Provider are governed exclusively by Estonian law (Section 24);
- (b) no laws, regulations, licensing requirements, consumer protection rules or other requirements of any country other than Estonia (and the European Union law applicable in Estonia) apply to the Provider or the Services, and the Provider does not undertake to comply with them;
- (c) you may not rely on the laws or courts of any other country, including protections that apply only where a trader directs its activities to the consumer's country of residence; and
- (d) you are solely responsible for complying with any laws of the place from which you access the Services.
3.4 The Provider's right to restrict. The Provider may at any time restrict, suspend or refuse access to the Services, or close Accounts, for persons outside Estonia or in particular countries, where the Provider considers that the law of another country might otherwise be asserted against it, or for any other reason under Section 16.
3.5 Rights that cannot be removed. Section 3.3 does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by agreement. In particular, the protection of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies to every person whose data the Provider processes, wherever they live, as described in the Privacy Policy, and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) applies as European Union law.
3.6 Language. These Terms are drawn up in English. Where a translation is provided, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
4. Eligibility, age and capacity
4.1 You must be at least 13 years old to create an Account.
4.2 If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agrees to your use of the Services. Your parent or guardian is responsible for supervising your use of the Services.
4.3 You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, may hold only one Account, and must not have been previously barred from the Services.
4.4 We may require reasonable confirmation of your age, residence or identity, and may suspend your Account until we receive it.
5. Your Account
5.1 Invitation. Accounts are created using a single-use invite code issued by an Admin. Invite codes are personal and may not be sold, published or transferred.
5.2 Credentials. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms. You must choose a password of at least 8 characters that you do not use elsewhere.
5.3 Notification. You must notify us immediately at privacy.kestrellabs@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security.
5.4 Usernames. Your username must not impersonate any person, infringe any right, or be offensive or misleading. We may change or reclaim usernames that breach this Section.
5.5 No transfer. Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, lend, share, transfer or allow anyone else to use it.
5.6 Accuracy. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Moderators and Admins
6.1 Appointment. Admins may appoint Moderators and may revoke any appointment at any time without giving reasons. Moderator and Admin roles are voluntary, unpaid and do not create any employment, agency, partnership or similar relationship.
6.2 First sign-in. A Moderator appointed with a one-time password must choose their own password and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy at first sign-in, and must not share the one-time password with anyone.
6.3 Duties. Moderators and Admins must:
- (a) act in good faith, diligently, objectively and in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any instructions from the Provider;
- (b) carry out the copyright check before approving any import or public song, and approve only material that they reasonably believe may lawfully be made available;
- (c) give a clear reason when refusing or removing content;
- (d) keep strictly confidential all personal data and Content they see in the course of their role, use it only to perform the role, and not copy, download, keep or disclose it, both during and after their appointment; and
- (e) never access, alter or delete data except as necessary to perform the role.
6.4 Acting for the Provider. Moderation decisions are taken on behalf of the Provider. The Provider may review, reverse or confirm any decision.
6.5 Liability. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Moderators and Admins acting in good faith within their role are not personally liable to Members for moderation decisions, and claims concerning such decisions must be directed to the Provider.
7. The Services
7.1 Nature. The Services are provided free of charge by a private individual as a non-commercial, best-effort project. The Provider does not act as a trader in a commercial or professional capacity. To the extent that any law nevertheless treats the Provider as a trader, these Terms are to be read accordingly and your mandatory rights are unaffected (Section 17.3).
7.2 Features. The Services include storage and synchronisation of files, photos, documents and calendars, a members-only video service, a music player with optional public sharing, and import from YouTube. Features may be labelled or treated as experimental.
7.3 Storage limits. Each Account has a storage limit (currently 2 GB unless an Admin sets otherwise). Uploads may be refused when the limit is reached or when the server runs low on space. The number of Accounts is limited.
7.4 Changes. We may add, change, suspend or remove features or the Services at any time, including to comply with law, for security, or because of technical or capacity constraints. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Services, where practicable.
7.5 Availability. The Services run on hardware located in a private home in Estonia and may be unavailable from time to time, including because of maintenance, power or internet outages, hardware failure or matters outside our control. We do not guarantee any level of availability, speed or performance.
7.6 Third-party software and services. The Services use third-party software and interact with third-party services, in particular YouTube, operated by Google. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content or their acts and omissions.
8. Your Content
8.1 Ownership. You retain all rights you hold in your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Content to us.
8.2 Licence to the Provider. You grant the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, for the duration that your Content is stored on the Services, to host, store, copy, transmit, cache, convert, transcode, resize, analyse (including for the copyright and artist checks described in the Privacy Policy), generate thumbnails, covers and previews from, display, play and make available your Content, solely to the extent necessary to operate, provide, secure and improve the Services, to comply with law, and to enforce these Terms. This licence includes the right to allow Admins and Moderators to access Content submitted for review or reported, for the purpose of reviewing it.
8.3 Licence to other Members. For Public Content, you grant every other Member a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to view, watch and listen to that Content through the Services, for their personal and non-commercial use, for as long as it remains Public Content. Members may not download, copy or redistribute your Public Content except as the Services expressly allow or the law permits.
8.4 End of licences. The licences in Sections 8.2 and 8.3 end when you delete the Content, stop sharing it, or delete your Account, except (a) to the extent the Content has been shared and is in use as permitted by these Terms at that moment, which ends as soon as reasonably practicable, and (b) as required to comply with law or to preserve evidence where we are legally required to.
8.5 Moral rights. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, you agree not to assert moral rights against the Provider in respect of technical modifications (such as format conversion, compression or thumbnail generation) that are necessary to operate the Services.
8.6 Your warranties. For all Content, you represent and warrant that:
- (a) you own the Content or have all rights, licences, consents and permissions needed to upload, store and use it through the Services and to grant the licences in this Section;
- (b) the Content, and its use as permitted by these Terms, does not infringe any copyright, related right, trademark, design, image right, privacy right or other right of any person, and does not breach any law;
- (c) where the Content shows or identifies other people, you have any consent required by law; and
- (d) for Public Content, you made the Content yourself, it is licensed under terms permitting public sharing (for example a suitable Creative Commons licence), or you hold express permission from all rights holders to share it publicly.
8.7 No monitoring obligation. We have no general obligation to monitor Content. We are not responsible for Content uploaded by Members, and we do not endorse it.
8.8 Backups are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for keeping independent copies of your Content. Do not use the Services as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Publishing on Heron Video
9.1 You may publish videos as public (visible to all Members), unlisted (visible to Members with the link) or private (visible only to you, Admins and Moderators reviewing a report).
9.2 You may publish only videos that comply with Section 8.6. Publishing does not mean that we have checked or approved a video.
9.3 Members may report videos. We may restrict, remove or refuse to publish any video in accordance with Section 12.
10. Sharing music publicly on Lyrebird Music
10.1 Songs in Lyrebird are private by default. You may ask for a song to be shared publicly. Every request is checked automatically against YouTube and YouTube Music, including a comparison of the sound, and must be approved by a Moderator or Admin before any other Member can hear it. A request whose sound is at least 90% identical to an officially released recording is refused automatically (Section 12.2).
10.2 By submitting a song, you confirm that it meets Section 8.6(d). Moderators and Admins will refuse songs that appear to be released by a record label or to belong to another artist, and may refuse any song at their discretion.
10.3 Approval of a song is not a confirmation by us that it is lawful, and does not relieve you of responsibility for it.
10.4 You may stop sharing a song at any time. We may remove an approved song at any time in accordance with Section 12.
11. Importing from YouTube
11.1 You may request to import videos or audio from YouTube only where you have the right to keep a copy, for example your own uploads, works under a Creative Commons licence, or material you have the rights holders' permission to copy.
11.2 Every link is checked. Where the check indicates possible copyrighted material, you will be warned and must expressly confirm before continuing, and a Moderator or Admin must approve the import before it takes place. Imports may be refused at our discretion.
11.3 Downloading from YouTube may be restricted by YouTube's own terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to make each import, and for any consequences of making it. The import function is provided as a technical tool only.
11.4 We may limit the number, size, length or quality of imports, and may stop offering imports at any time.
12. Moderation, notices and content decisions
12.1 Our rights. In order to keep the Services lawful and safe, and to enforce these Terms, we may at any time, at our discretion and without prior notice, review, refuse, restrict the visibility of, demote, remove or disable access to any Content, refuse or cancel any import or public song request, and suspend or terminate Accounts, where we reasonably believe that Content or conduct is unlawful or breaches these Terms.
12.2 Automated tools. We use automated tools to assist moderation (Privacy Policy, Section 7). Decisions to remove Content, and to refuse Content in all other cases, are taken by a human being. Requests to share or import material whose sound is at least 90% identical to an officially released recording are refused automatically. You will be told that the decision was automated, why, and which release it matched, and you may ask once, free of charge, for a person to review it ("Ask a person to check"), in addition to your rights under Section 12.6.
12.3 Statement of reasons. Where we restrict your Content or Account, we will tell you, in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), what we decided, the facts and circumstances relied on, whether automated means were used, and the legal or contractual ground, unless the law prevents this or the Content is deceptive high-volume commercial content.
12.4 Notices of unlawful content. Anyone may notify us of Content they consider unlawful by writing to privacy.kestrellabs@gmail.com. To allow us to act, a notice should contain: (a) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the Content is considered unlawful; (b) a clear indication of where the Content is located (for example the title, channel or link); (c) the name and email address of the person submitting it, except for notices concerning child sexual abuse material; and (d) a statement confirming the bona fide belief that the information is accurate and complete. We will process notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner and inform the sender of our decision.
12.5 Copyright complaints. Rights holders may submit notices under Section 12.4. We will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing Content once we obtain actual knowledge of it.
12.6 Complaints about our decisions. If you disagree with a decision we have taken about your Content or Account, you may lodge a complaint with us, free of charge, within six months of being informed of the decision, by writing to privacy.kestrellabs@gmail.com. A person other than the one who took the original decision will review it. You may also use any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, and you may go to court.
12.7 Repeat infringers and misuse. We will suspend or terminate the Accounts of Members who repeatedly upload or share manifestly unlawful Content or who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. We may suspend the processing of notices and complaints from persons who frequently submit manifestly unfounded notices or complaints.
12.8 Reporting to authorities. Where we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we will inform the competent authorities as required by Article 18 of the Digital Services Act.
13. Acceptable use
13.1 You must not, and must not attempt to, use the Services to:
- (a) store, publish, share or import any Content that is unlawful, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, content inciting hatred or violence, unlawful discrimination, defamation, harassment, threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content infringing intellectual property rights;
- (b) share Content that is violent, hurtful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable for a service that may be used by persons aged 13 and over;
- (c) infringe the privacy, data protection or personality rights of any person, including by publishing their personal data or images without a legal basis;
- (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person;
- (e) distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
- (f) gain unauthorised access to the Services, other Accounts, the server, or any network or system;
- (g) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, rate limit or storage limit;
- (h) interfere with, disrupt, overload or impose an unreasonable load on the Services or the server, including through automated requests, scraping or bots;
- (i) use the Services as a public file host, content delivery network, backup service for third parties, or for any commercial purpose;
- (j) sell, resell or provide access to the Services or any Account to anyone else;
- (k) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software of the Services, except to the extent that Applicable Law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
- (l) circumvent technical protection measures, including those applied by YouTube or rights holders;
- (m) abuse the reporting, notice or complaint systems; or
- (n) assist or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.
13.2 We may investigate any suspected breach of this Section and cooperate with competent authorities.
14. Intellectual property of the Provider
14.1 The names "Kestrel Labs", "Kestrel Cloud", "Magpie Photos", "Nest Drive", "Quill", "Owl Calendar", "Heron Video" and "Lyrebird Music", the associated logos, and the design and content of the Services (excluding Members' Content) belong to the Provider or its licensors.
14.2 Subject to these Terms, the Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the applications and to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
14.3 If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
15. Privacy
15.1 We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You must comply with data protection law when you process other people's personal data through the Services.
16. Suspension and termination
16.1 By you. You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your Account in Nest Drive at any time. Deleting your Account permanently and irreversibly erases your Content.
16.2 By us, immediately. We may suspend or terminate your Account, or your access to any part of the Services, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:
- (a) you breach these Terms in a material or repeated way, including Sections 4, 8.6 or 13;
- (b) Section 3.4 applies;
- (c) we are required to do so by law, a court or an authority;
- (d) your use creates a risk of harm or legal liability for the Provider, other Members or third parties; or
- (e) we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a security threat.
16.3 By us, with notice. We may terminate your Account for any other reason, or none, by giving you at least 30 days' notice in the Services, during which you may download your Content.
16.4 Inactivity. We may close Accounts that have not been used for 24 consecutive months, after giving at least 30 days' notice in the Services.
16.5 Effect. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and your Account and Content may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Where termination is not due to your breach, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to download your Content first, where practicable.
16.6 Survival. Sections 1, 3, 8.4 to 8.8, 12.7, 13, 14, 16.5, 16.6 and 17 to 25 survive termination.
17. Disclaimers
17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, conditions or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, accuracy, availability, security, freedom from errors or viruses, or non-infringement.
17.2 Without limiting Section 17.1, the Provider does not warrant that: the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; Content will be stored without loss or corruption; the results of the copyright and artist checks will be accurate or complete; any Content, including Public Content, is lawful, accurate or suitable; or defects will be corrected.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by Applicable Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including, where they apply, your rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services as implemented in Estonian law.
18. Limitation of liability
18.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Provider, and any Admin or Moderator acting within their role, shall not be liable for any:
- (a) loss, corruption or deletion of Content or data;
- (b) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage;
- (c) loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings;
- (d) loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of other Members or third parties, including Content they make available;
- (e) loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or to keep independent copies of your Content;
- (f) loss or damage arising from third-party services, including YouTube; or
- (g) loss or damage arising from any suspension, modification or discontinuation of the Services,
whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable or if the Provider was advised of the possibility of such loss.
18.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the total aggregate liability of the Provider arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed fifty euros (EUR 50). You acknowledge that the Services are provided free of charge and that this limitation is reasonable in that light.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability: (a) for death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) for intentional breach or gross negligence; (c) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (d) under the GDPR towards a data subject; or (e) for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Applicable Law, including § 106 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
19. Indemnity
19.1 To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, you agree to compensate the Provider, and any Admin or Moderator, for all losses, damages, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any claim, demand or proceeding brought by a third party or an authority that results from:
- (a) your Content, including any claim that it infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- (b) your breach of these Terms, including the warranties in Section 8.6; or
- (c) your breach of any law,
except to the extent the loss is caused by the Provider's own breach of these Terms or of the law.
19.2 The Provider will notify you of any such claim, may take sole control of its defence, and you will cooperate as reasonably required.
20. Force majeure
20.1 The Provider is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including power cuts, internet or telecommunications failures, hardware failure, fire, flood, storm, natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, acts of government or authorities, or the acts or omissions of third-party services.
21. Changes to these Terms
21.1 We may amend these Terms, for example to reflect changes in the Services, the law or our practices. We will give at least 30 days' notice in the Services or on the website of changes that are materially disadvantageous to you, unless a shorter period is required by law or for security reasons.
21.2 If you do not agree to an amendment, you may delete your Account before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Services after an amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted it, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Where the law requires your express consent to a change, we will ask for it.
22. Notices and communications
22.1 We may give you notices through the Services (including in-app messages and notices on the website) or to any contact details you have given us. Notices given in the Services are deemed received when posted.
22.2 You must send notices to the Provider by email to privacy.kestrellabs@gmail.com. They are deemed received on the next working day in Estonia after sending.
22.3 The single point of contact for Members, authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act is privacy.kestrellabs@gmail.com. Communications may be in Estonian or English.
23. Dispute resolution
23.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at privacy.kestrellabs@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it within a reasonable time.
23.2 Where Applicable Law allows, consumer disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon). Disputes about content moderation may also be brought before a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
24.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
24.2 The courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) as the court of first instance, have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
24.3 Because the Services are an Estonian service directed only to Estonia (Section 3), the Provider does not direct its activities to any other country within the meaning of Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) or Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis). Where, despite this, mandatory rules of another country apply to you, those rules apply only to the extent they cannot be excluded by agreement.
25. General
25.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
25.2 No waiver. A failure or delay by the Provider to exercise any right or remedy is not a waiver of it, and a single or partial exercise does not prevent its further exercise.
25.3 Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and the Provider.
25.4 Assignment. The Provider may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to a successor that continues the Services, including a legal entity formed to operate Kestrel Labs, provided that your rights are not reduced. We will notify you in advance. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.
25.5 Third parties. These Terms do not confer any rights on any third party, except that Admins and Moderators may rely on Sections 6.5, 18 and 19.
25.6 Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider concerning the Services.
